Note:

SCMA is “free charge”. This means that this journal is free for article publication and does not charge any kind of fee from authors to publish their research work.

According to the recent policy of the journal and number of submmited papers, it permits one publication per year and per (co) author.

No paper that has been previously published, that has been copyrighted, or that is being considered for publication elsewhere, should be submitted to the SCMA. Nor may a paper that is under consideration by the SCMA be submitted elsewhere.

By submitting a manuscript to SCMA, the author/authors agree that the copyright for his/her/their article is transferred to the SCMA, if and when, the paper is accepted for publication. The published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution License, which permits unrestricted uses, distributions, and reproductions in any medium, provided each paper is properly cited.
